Brian Koons is a real estate developer and ADU strategist with a background rooted in discipline and execution. After serving 8 years in the Marine Corps, he transitioned into real estate development and, over the past 5 years, has helped oversee more than 500 ADU projects — many of which were unlocked through California's Bonus ADU Program and other cutting-edge infill strategies. With deep experience across feasibility, permitting, and construction, Brian now focuses on simplifying the path to development for homeowners and investors alike.
