Ian has been with 475 since 2018 and loves supporting his clients with all things high performance! Most recently, Ian became a PHI certified Passive House Tradesperson in addition to his HERS Rater and BPI Building Analyst certifications. Ian's father was a General Contractor in California for 35 years, so he has always had an interest in homebuilding. Ian has experience in canvassing, energy auditing, on site gathering, data analysis, energy modeling, and whole home diagnostic testing.
