Ryan O'Connell is on a mission to reduce the housing shortage, and he helps homeowners build houses in their backyards with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), SB 9 and other pro-housing legislation. Ryan is obsessed with housing, and spends all of his time reading the laws and watching public city council meetings so that you don't have to. Ryan explains housing policy in simple ways, and illustrates how homeowners and renters can build houses and build community.
