Trisha Guido has spent over 20 years in real estate and design, transforming properties and helping homeowners maximize their investments. Coming from a tech background, she later dove into design and housing development, focusing on strategic renovations and value-add ADUs under new laws.

She's all about smart, sustainable building — whether it's prefab, modular, or site built construction. Passionate about making housing more accessible, she works with nonprofits like the ADU center and ADU Academy to push forward local ADU initiatives. At the heart of it all, Trisha loves creating well-designed, residential, or multifamily homes that truly fit into and enhance their communities.

Personally, she loves to travel, near and far, and spend time with her partner, Chris in the gorgeous outdoors of Northern CA.
