We believe that flexible work schedules allow our staff to thrive in new and interesting ways while greatly benefiting our mission, society, and the environment. We offer the option to work fully remote, hybrid or in office with full management support.

Paid Family Leave

We’re proud to offer paid family leave to all full-time employees, no matter what state they reside in. We provide 12 weeks fully paid family leave for when our team members need it most: after the birth or adoption of a child, or to care for themselves or an ill family member.



Work-Life Balance

Time away from work to rest and recharge is essential for maintaining creativity and innovation. We start staff with five weeks paid time off, which increases to six weeks after five years’ employment. Team members are also eligible for a six-week sabbatical opportunity after five years. Additionally, we provide eight paid holidays per year. We also encourage flex time, with a focus on the work rather than a specific set of scheduled hours.



401(K) Matching

To help our team members prepare for the future, we match up to 3.5% of employees’ annual salary in 401(K) (US) contributions.
