Energy Trust of Oregon has substantially increased incentives for the most energy-efficient homes. See the incentive comparison tables below for details.

Builder Incentives

* Pathway 1 or 10 percent better than code is minimum program entry
requirement for 2014.
• Incentives are available on a sliding scale based on performance
• TEC Best Practices requirement may be met with 4 ACH or better

Contact your green building consultant to see how your homes perform on the Energy Performance Score and what changes will earn higher incentives.
